April May is an actress and model who has been drawn to the spotlight from a young age. Inspired by Aaliyah’s music and encouraged by early recognition from industry professionals, April began modeling in 2012, building her portfolio through collaborations with local photographers and auditions. By 2017, she committed fully to modeling and acting, attending open casting calls, obtaining professional headshots, and signing with multiple agencies in the Midwest. She has since booked a variety of modeling and commercial projects, demonstrating versatility and professionalism on set.
April is passionate about exploring complex, emotionally rich roles that show her range beyond the “sweet girl” archetype. She starred in Laderal, portraying a pregnant wife navigating a complicated pregnancy. April continues to pursue work in film, TV, and commercial projects. Outside of acting and modeling, she enjoys poetry, outdoor adventures, spontaneous road trips, trying new foods, and discovering new places through travel.
